Queens Greenway Ride

We'll take a leisurely ride on some beautiful greenways that'll take us through Flushing Meadow Park, Kissena Park, Cunningham Park and Alley Pond Park. We'll have a picnic lunch at the end of the Old Vanderbilt Motor Parkway (now a greenway). Bring a good working bicycle with your tires inflated to the appropriate psi, a bicycle pump, two spare inner tubes, a helmet (and wear it), two bottles of water, lunch or money for it, and a smile. Rain at the start cancels the ride. Pace will be a leisurely 13-14 mph. Approx. 35 miles (roundtrip)
